At Ellie Crafts, every lamp is made with care and requires time to be properly prepared before shipment. Please review the estimated timelines below before placing your order.

Order Processing & Production

Each lamp is handmade and prepared specifically for fulfillment. Due to the detailed production process, production typically begins within approximately 1 month after the order is placed.

Once production begins, the handmade manufacturing and preparation process usually takes an additional 10–20 days.

Shipping Time

After your order has been completed and dispatched, shipping usually takes:

- 4–10 business days for delivery

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Because of the handmade production process, the total estimated delivery time is approximately:

- 1–2 months from the date of purchase

These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on production volume, seasonal demand, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after dispatch, as carriers may take time to scan and update parcel status.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We will do our best to update the address before the order enters fulfillment. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

Ellie Crafts is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows unusual delays or if you believe there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will review the order status with you.

A package is not considered lost solely because tracking updates are delayed. Lost-package cases will be reviewed based on the available tracking information and carrier confirmation where applicable.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other local fees depending on the destination country.

Any such charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays caused by customs processing are outside our direct control.
